I really like it, great use of colour and brushwork, the right detail in the right place, especially the skull and feathers.
One thing that I feel does appear to stand out more than it perhaps should is her ear, the contrast against her face is very high considering the lighting scenario, and feels almost as if there is a glow eminating from within to cause the subsurface scattering on her ear and neck.
